Prices & Designs
All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices include GST but do not include the delivery fee unless stated.
All designs pictured on this website are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.
Plates, glasses and other props which may appear in photos on this website are not included as part of an order unless specifically listed.
Our Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the freshness and value of every order. Each floral arrangement ordered from us is created by a qualified florist.
Provided we have a reasonable amount of time and flowers to process and meet your order, delivery will be made on the date requested and every reasonable effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred time. However, please note that, with the exception of funeral deliveries, specific timed deliveries are not possible and cannot be guaranteed even if advanced notice is given to us.
It is important that you provide a contact number for the recipient so contact can be made with them if delivery is not possible after the first delivery attempt. If no instructions are given at the time of placing your order with us (you may nominate for your order to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place). The recipient will then need to call the courier to rearrange delivery during normal business hours.
Flowers, hampers and gifts will only dispatch when full payment has been received. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday during normal business hours (delivery is not available on Saturday afternoons, Sundays or public holidays). Please note that special delivery conditions may apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoriums and cemeteries.

For products with Alcohol
Alcohol delivery is subject to state liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States. Alcohol will only be delivered when accompanied with a floral order.
In the event of any goods being unavailable, we will substitute other goods of equivalent or greater value. Christmas hampers may be available during the month of December only. All other hampers are available for delivery all year round.
Please note that we require two working days’ notice for all hamper orders. If you do not place your order within this minimum lead time, while we will make every reasonable effort to meet your order and make delivery on the nominated date, it may be the case that delivery cannot be made up to two working days after the requested delivery date.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
We will make reasonable efforts to assist in the cancellation or modification of orders, but it should be noted that requests may be refused on the basis that arrangements have already been made to process your order (this may, for example include, but is not limited to, the ordering/purchase of special flowers or items to meet the order). We retain the right to refuse to accept a request for an order cancellation or modification.
Customer reports of damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory goods must be made within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
